culturally schizophrenic. moderately eclectic. relatively religious. and if you read my blog enough, you might even score higher on the verbal portion of your SATs.
kidding about that SAT bit. anyway, i was raised in virginia by immigrant parents. spent a lot of my time growing up in the local masjid. decided to study agriculture in college (i will officially be an Agronomist in may; this is awesome). i’m a hokie and i love it. i also do stuff with my msa (muslim student association) on campus (mostly, sometimes branching out beyond my local chapter). i play tetris a lot, go kayaking occasionally, and i have trained a heifer twice now in my life. i consider all those things accomplishments. i am capable of organizing and planning things for others, but i have no idea what to do with myself. i like “winging it.” “winging it” often leads to me: getting lost, breaking things, and tripping over imaginary objects. it also often leads to a perspective on life that i think not many people have. so alhamdulillah.
